FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are required to charge sales tax in the state of Georgia. Please note sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to addresses within those states.
All orders are FINAL SALE & non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged. Please do not discard any shipping materials as we will need that to process a shipping claim with the shipper. We will also need photographs of any items received damaged within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrived damaged.
We want you to feel confident with your purchase, so please take the time to review all our website information before you place your order, including the photos and product details carefully such as size and weight to make sure it is the right product for you.
Sales of all of our products are final once shipped.
We know you will love your planner. We have sold thousands over the past few years, and since 2019 we have SOLD OUT before February each year!
Our Client Event
Our shipping department is very fast and orders are processed immediately once they are received. We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information once an order has been received. Please verity your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.
We currently ship to the US. All orders are processed in 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please remember that this handling time is in addition to shipping time. All US shipping costs are a flat rate per planner. If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend selecting a UPS shipping method for a specific delivery date.
We are working on shipping to Canada. Please contact us directly if you would like us to ship to you in Canada.
We offer one editions: Calendar Year (January – December). The edition will launch in November of every year. It is a weekly format and features one week to a two page spread.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, you may return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund. Products eligible for return must be unused, used merchandise is not returnable. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Refunds are processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
In order to receive a refund, your order must have been placed no more than 60 days from when you request a refund. For your security, the refund must be credited back to the card you used to purchase this order. In the event that your credit card has expired or has been cancelled, you must receive store credit.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, and unused.
- Used merchandise is non-returnable.
- All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase. No returns are accepted without an original receipt.
- Returns will be for the amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
