What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, you may return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund. Products eligible for return must be unused, used merchandise is not returnable. Just send us an email at support@theorganizedagent.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Refunds are processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

In order to receive a refund, your order must have been placed no more than 60 days from when you request a refund. For your security, the refund must be credited back to the card you used to purchase this order. In the event that your credit card has expired or has been cancelled, you must receive store credit.

To recap:

  1. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, and unused.
  2. Used merchandise is non-returnable.
  3. All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase. No returns are accepted without an original receipt.
  4. Returns will be for the amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
